Things to do in Panama City

Panama City is the most cosmopolitan capital in Central America.  You can find many things to do in Panama City because is a vibrant metropolis and have a very active nightlife. Panama is a regional hub of trade and immigration. 

Casco Viejo, a UNESCO World Heritage Site

Casco Viejo is a 346 year old Spanish colonial sector built in 1671. You can enjoy sea breezes and sweeping ocean and Panama City bay views. Just minutes from downtown, it's the top nightlife destination. Handsome historic buildings hold a variety of hotels, bars, rooftops, nightclubs and fine restaurants many with stunning 360 views of the Panama bay and the city.

Bike on Amador Causeway

Amador Causeway is a 4km-stretch of road linking the islands of Naos, Perico and Flamenco to Panama City, was originally built in 1913. Constructed using rocks excavated from the Panama Canal. Dazzling views of Panama City's skyline and the entrance to the Panama Canal make it a scenic place for open-air activities. There's paths to walk , bicycle or jog. 

The government has invested an amount of US $300 million in the area and rapid development has brought with it Frank Gehry’s Biomuseo and the Smithsonian’s Punta Culebra, along with a myriad of outdoor attractions.
